This universal receiver can be used in combination with the Apache4All XP universal remote controls. You can program the transmitters in this receiver, after which you can operate 4 different relays.

Note: this is a receiver and you should therefore have some technical installation skills. Of course the manual is included, but this article is not as easy to use as the Apache4All XP universal remote control.
